Wayne was born September 16, 1952 in Winchester, Massachusetts. As a child Wayne moved to Anaheim, California where he was raised and lived most of his life, living his life to the fullest. In 2016 Wayne decided to make the move to Yuma, Arizona to be closer to his daughter and grandkids.

Wayne enjoyed traveling to the desert southwest in his beloved Ford Ranchero. Spending holidays, special occasions, celebrating birthdays, attending graduations or taking his grandkids shooting, fishing along the Colorado River, sightseeing across the desert and looking back in his photo albums reminiscing telling stories about his good 'ol days.

Wayne was known to be grilling on his Weber, listening to his classic rock n roll music, drinking cocktails surrounded by family, friends, and beloved dog, Sparky.

Wayne is survived by his children, Brian MacFarlane of Costa Mesa, CA. and Jennifer MacFarlane of Yuma, Arizona. Grandchildren Dylan MacFarlane, Jahann Rutledge and Emri MacFarlane-Fox all of Yuma, Arizona. Brother Ron (Mary) MacFarlane Tewksbury, MA., Brother Kenneth MacFarlane of Costa Mesa, CA. and Sister Teresa MacFarlane (Robert) of Costa Mesa, Ca. Wayne's nephews, Ian Cannon, Chase Cannon, Ray and Eric MacFarlane, all of Orange County, Ca.

Wayne's final resting place will be at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA., preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Sarah Rita (Nugent) MacFarlane
