On Sept 3, 2023, Socorro Ramirez Wong defeated suffering by surrendering her life; her soul no longer weary began its journey to her final rest where a symphony of angels welcomes her to everlasting life. Survived by her beloved husband Javier Wong, her 4 children, Rogelio, Jesus,  Jose Luis, and Yadira, and her 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, she left an abundance of beautiful memories to bring comfort to their mourning hearts. Rogelio and Maria Ramírez were blessed with the birth of their daughter Socorro, on October 20, 1945. She was the youngest of six siblings. She is survived by two sisters Maria De Jesus Vasquez and Herminia Alvarez. She joined her sister Lucia Garcia and her parents, Rogelio and Maria, in eternal and peaceful rest. In her late teens, Socorro met the love of her life Javier Wong and soon after meeting they decided to spend their life together, so they contracted in marriage and had 4 children, Rogelio, Jesus, Jose Luis, and Yadira who are left with a heart over spilling with love and although grieving they hold peace of mind as Socorro is no longer in pain. Her dedication to her family is immensely appreciated and admired. Her loving heart and beautiful disposition were the perfect setting for her dedication to her parents whom she cared for until they were called by their Heavenly Father. Socorro will be remembered always for her joyful and playful personality. She leaves all those touched by her presence and her love with immense gratitude for being blessed by her existence. A role model to many and a loving caring caretaker to many more. We will miss her joyful smile, her altruism, her kind and generous disposition, and finally her loving touch, strong presence, and her Godly devotion. Socorro, you will always live in our thoughts and hearts. Rest in Peace our beloved Coco.

El 3 de septiembre de 2023, Socorro Ramírez Wong venció el sufrimiento entregando su vida; su alma ya no cansada inició su viaje hacia su descanso final donde una sinfonía de ángeles le da la bienvenida a la vida eterna. Le sobreviven su amado esposo Javier Wong, sus 4 hijos, Rogelio, Jesús, José Luis y Yadira, y sus 9 nietos y 11 bisnietos, dejó una gran cantidad de hermosos recuerdos para llevar consuelo a sus corazones afligidos. Rogelio y María Ramírez fueron bendecidos con el nacimiento de su hija Socorro, el 20 de octubre de 1945. Era la menor de seis hermanos. Le sobreviven dos hermanas, Maria De Jesús Vásquez y Herminia Álvarez. Se unió a su hermana Lucía García y a sus padres, Rogelio y María, en un descanso eterno y pacífico. En su adolescencia Socorro conoció al amor de su vida Javier Wong y al poco tiempo de conocerse decidieron pasar su vida juntos, por lo que contrajeron matrimonio y tuvieron 4 hijos, Rogelio, Jesús, José Luis y Yadira quienes se quedan con el corazón rebosante de amor y aunque afligidos mantienen la tranquilidad porque Socorro ya no sufre. Su dedicación a su familia es inmensamente apreciada y admirada. Su corazón amoroso y hermoso carácter, el escenario perfecto para su dedicación a sus padres a quienes cuidó hasta que fueron llamados por su Padre Celestial. Socorro será recordada siempre por su personalidad alegre y juguetona. Deja a todos aquellos tocados por su presencia y su amor con una inmensa gratiud por haber sido bendecidos con su existencia. Un modelo que seguir para muchos y un cuidador cariñoso y atento para muchos más. Extrañaremos su sonrisa alegre, su altruismo, su carácter amable y generoso y, finalmente, su toque amoroso, su fuerte presencia y su devoción divina. Socorro siempre vivirás en nuestros pensamientos y corazón. Descanse en Paz nuestra querida Coco.
