It is with great sadness that the family of Ronny Leroy Drury announce his passing on August 17, 2024 at 1:36am in his sleep.
He was born 81 years ago in Denver Colorado to parents Rolland Wayne Drury and Helen May Behrendsen. Raised by his father in Portland Oregon with older brother Rodney Wayne Drury and older sister Deloraes Marie Pierce.  He also had a half sister Penny Maurverine Behrendsen.

He served in Vietnam.

He married 5 women but only had 1 daughter, Shannon Lee Bidwell with his first wife.  She gave him 2 granddaughters and 7 great grandchildren. Shortly after returning home he began to travel to many places.  When he found Yuma Arizona. 42 years ago he knew he was home.  He finally rested in Magnolia Village for the last 26 years. He spent most of his free time doing what he loved best, Country Dancing.  Country music was his favorite but dancing to anything made him happy.  (and hanging out with the ladies) There will be a Celebration of Life for Ron at D.A.V.
