Rodolfo (Rudy) V. Olivas, 57, of Yuma, Arizona passed away peacefully on October 21, 2022.  Rudy was born on September 6th, 1965 in Yuma Arizona to Rodolfo and Blanca Olivas.  Rudy attended Palmcroft Elementary, Crane Rancho, and graduated from Kofa High School in 1985; then earned his associate's degree from Arizona Western College. Rudy worked for the City of Yuma Water Department for over 30 years.   Rudy was well known around Yuma for his cooking and Three Amigos Catering. He enjoyed giving back to the community and helping out others.  Rudy knew how to have a good laugh and enjoyed spending time with friends and family; in his younger years one of his favorite pastimes was playing softball.

Rudy was a father to two great boys and was very proud of all their accomplishments; he was a caring father, brother, & friend who touched the lives of those around him. He is survived by his sons, Rudy J. Olivas and Fernando I. Olivas (Marilyn); Brothers Jose L. Olivas (Sylvia); Albert Olivas (Ivonne); Mother, Blanca J. Olivas. He was preceded in death by his father, Rodolfo Olivas.
