Born January 12th 1931 in Superior Arizona, Robert Sanchez was the 3rd of 4 children and the younger twin to his older sister Gloria.  He and his family eventually moved west to Los Angeles California.  He graduated high school from Polytech High in 1948 and soon after he joined the United States Navy where he was Honorably Discharged after proudly serving his Country. He eventually met the love of his life Patricia Ann and soon after they married.  During their 70 years of dedicated marriage to each other, they had one daughter, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Robert worked most of his career in sales and was at one time a top salesman for a local car dealer in Southern California.  Both he and Patricia were active members of the Elk's and highly involved with the local lodge activities.  As owners of a motor home they travelled frequently and made several memorable trips to points of interest across the country.  Patricia passed away two years prior and Robert was able to relocate back to Arizona to be closer to family and live out his remaining time.  He passed away peacefully in his home and he will be missed by those that knew him.
