With great sorrow and bittersweet gratitude, the Aguirre, Gonzalez, and Sanchez families announce the passing of our kind, brave, caring and unimaginably generous mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Ramona Aguirre Sanchez.

Ramona, 61, of Somerton Arizona passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 14th, 2023. She was surrounded by family in her last moments.

She was a was a beautiful and thoughtful soul and will be missed and remembered by many lives she touched.

Ramona is survived by her mother Socorro Aguirre.  Her children Humberto Gonzalez, Rebecca Gonzalez, and Bryan Sanchez. Her grandchildren Danny Gudina, Damian Gudina, Dalila Gudina, Denise Gudina, And Obi Sanchez. Her brothers Ines Aguirre and Juan Aguirre and her sisters Maria De Jesus, Teresa, Rosa, and Carmen Aguirre.

Mom, you will be forever missed. We will miss phone calls with you, lunches, walks in the park, and trips to the movies with you. All the little things you enjoyed so much do not seem so "little" anymore. Those were moments you enjoyed because it allowed you to spend intimate time with those of us you loved so much.

Viewing will be held at Desert Valley Mortuary on March 29th, 2023 from 5PM to 9PM. Funeral services will be held on March 31st, 2023, at 10:30 A.M. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Somerton, Arizona.
