Micaela Montes Barraza. 83 from San Jose Aguilar Durango was called home to our Lord on December 6, 2022. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children and grandkids.

All who knew her, she was a unique and caring individual who touched the lives of many and a wonderful mother (Mom / Mami). She is preceded in death by her husband Enrique "Henry" Barraza, baby boy Henry Barraza and her father Miguel Montes, mother Maria Montes, sisters Yolanda Montes and Guadalupe Sanchez  . She is survived by her children Alma "Bam" Barraza, Patty Barraza, Shelly and her husband Benito Sauceda, Othon Barraza, Dacia Barraza Madrid and her husband Donovan Madrid, and grandchildren Ben Justin Sauceda, Santo Boaz, Carlos Boaz, Mica Boaz and Karlie Boaz, two sisters Candelaria Zarate and Antonia de la Paz.

Visitation Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 4 pm to 5 pm for family and 5  pm to 8 pm for friends and loved ones at Sunset Vista Funeral Home Chapel 11367 E 40th Street, Yuma AZ. Funeral Service on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 9 am to 10 am. Graveside Service at 11 am at Wellton Memorial Cemetery 11651 William Street.
