Nacio en Pericos, Sinaloa, emigro a los Estados Unidos en 1962 y en 1968 conoció el amor de su vida, José G Salas, y tuvieron un matrimonio amoroso por más de 52 años.

Le sobreviven sus hijos; Manuel Alfredo (Berta), Rafael (Lynette), Joel (Theresa), Josué (Yuvi), Diane (André), Sybil (James), 18 nietos, 8 bisnietos, 3 hermanas y un hermano.

Fue una esposa, madre y abuela maravillosa. Trabajo duro toda su vida y fue un gran ejemplo de una mujer fuerte.

Maria Rita Salas, 86, passed away on January 7, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 brothers and 1 grandchild.

She was born in Pericos, Sinaloa. She immigrated to the United States in 1962 and in 1968 she met the love of her life, Jose G Salas. They had a loving marriage for over 52 years.

She is survived by her children; Manuel Alfredo (Berta), Rafael (Lynette), Joel (Theresa), Josue (Yuvi), Diane (Andre), Sybil (James), 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and loving wife. She worked hard her entire life and was a great example of a strong woman.
