After a 4 year battle with cancer, Joseph (Joe) Michael Queenan joined his family members in Heaven on July 29, 2019.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on July 18, 1947, Joe graduated from La Salle Collage High School (in 1965) and from La Salle University (a/k/a La Salle College) (in 1969). He earned his Master's Degree from the University of Montana; he was awarded a Ford Foundation Fellowship to pursue a Doctoral Degree at the University of Delaware.

Joe was a (highly) successful businessman, focusing on development, ownership and management of apartment complexes.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda and his sister, Marjorie (Queenan) Volk and by many nieces and nephews and his favorite Aunt Mary Crawford, he loved her dearly. He is preceded by his most beloved son (Anthony Steven Queenan) and by his parents (Joseph and Kathryn Queenan) and his very loved brother (Francis).

A memorial service is set for 11:00 am on August 26, 2019 at First Christian Church in Yuma, AZ with reception to follow at the Elks Lodge.
