Joel was born in San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora, Mexico on April 10, 1956

to Apolonio Romero and Olga Lopez.

Joel was the eldest of 9 siblings.

Joel is survived by his wife Luz Graciela, daughters Brenda, Mabel and

Marianna, sons Braulio and Joel Jr,

fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Joel was a skilled craftsman but was better known as a loving husband, father and friend.
