Lovng Son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew.  born and raised in Yuma, AZ. 8/28/2001. Jacob tragically died November 15 2024.
Jacob is survived by
mom/grandma Genia Sims who raised him as her own son since he was a baby. Jacobs big brother Zac sims, sister Danielle trask, sister Shawnna sims concha, birth mother Nicole Haile, half sister Kaya Johnson. many cousins whom he loved so very much, Jadynn Curry, Heath Sims, Jayla Sims, Luna Concha,  Cadyance LaRose, Jordan Trask, Cora Trask, Selah Trask, Silas Trask, Elly Trask and many more cousins. Aunts Debie Cline (lonny) Jodie Putnam, Kim Rico.  uncle, Beau Miller
Jacob is preceeded in death by Grandfather Edgar Sullivan Miller,  grandmother Patty Ann Miller,  fur brother Hank big boy Sims.
Jacob was so full of life and adventure carefree spirit, fearless, a contagious smile that lit up a room. Jacob loved to make everyone laugh/smile.
Jacob Loved his family more than anything and the great outdoors. Fishing camping, hunting, skateparks, beach trips.  Jacob was so talented and athletic, riding bmx at 3yrs old, there was nothing he could not do. Jacob knew no stranger, he made friends everywhere. Jacob was loved by all. Jacobs heart was huge, always wanting to give and help others. Jacob loved to teach others how to ride,  how to skate, skateboard, scooter,fish, baiting hooks. Jacob especially loved teaching his younger cousins how to do things.
Jacob attended crane elementary schools, castle dome jr high and gila ridge high school.  Jacob was involved in FFA and 4H. Jacob was on the gila ridge baseball team. Jacob also played 8+years with yuma hockey and Yuma hockey travel team, Little league and city of yuma

Visitation will on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm with a Scripture Service to begin at 2:00pm at Desert Valley Mortuary Somerton, Arizona
