Guadalupe “Lupita” Vargas, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and faithful servant of God, went home to be with the Lord on September 4, 2026.

Born October 17, 1946, in Sonora, Mexico, Lupita dedicated her life to her family and her Christian faith. She expressed her love through countless sacrifices, prayer, music, and caring for those around her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Baudelio Vargas. She is survived by her six children: Sergio, Claudia, Eddie, Veronica, Brenda, and Valente; her cherished grandchildren; and many loving relatives and friends.

Although we grieve deeply, we do so with the hope promised in 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18—that through Jesus, we will be reunited with those who have gone before us. Lupita’s faith, strength, and love will live forever in our hearts.
