Gilberto Orona Lopez, Jr, 57, of Wellton, AZ, was born in Bakersfield, CA. He was taken from us unexpectedly, alongside his mother, on Tuesday 2/6/2024. He is survived by his children, Joshua (Amanda) Lopez and Jessica Lopez, his brother, 3 sisters and four grandchildren (Bella, Tobi, Rosalie, Rowan) and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lovingly known as BooBoo, Gilbert adamantly fought to change his nickname to G-Lo to maintain his machismo around his peers but his kind heart and giving spirit never allowed it. Gilbert was known for his ability to bring a sense of relief and laughter in any room. He spent his time expressing himself through writing, drawing and his extensive collection of music. Gilbert not only carried his comic abilities through adversity, but also his deep belief in traditional values of honesty and hardwork. He would always offer to provide a helping hand, which has been expressed by countless members of his community.
