George Oranday passed away peacefully on July 18th, 2020 at the age of 56. He was born  February 12th, 1964 in De Leon, TX. The Oranday family moved to Yuma in 1979 and he attended Kofa High School. George loved to work construction but he preferred working with concrete and roofing. He loved listening to music his Oakland Raiders and lets not forget his Stacy Adams shoes. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. George was a son, brother, companion, uncle and friend. He preceded in death by his sister Mary Oranday Cabrera. He leaves behind his loving Mother Jesusa Oranday and his girlfriend of 14 years Mercy Ojeda Navarrete. His sisters: Angela Oranday, Fidencia Mejia and Ana Oranday. Brothers: Joaquin Oranday, Alexander Oranday and Santos Oranday and His best-friend and nephew Dominic Jacob Oranday and so many more nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. A funeral is scheduled for Friday July 31st, 2020 at Sunset Vista Funeral Home and Cemetery. 11357 E. 40th St. Yuma, AZ 85367. Graveside to follow.
