Gabriela Ochoa
Quinteros
Mar 24, 1969 — Mar 27, 2021
Yuma
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Gabriela Ochoa Quinteros. She was survived by children Pablo Quinteros Jr, Clarisa Quinteros, Gabrielle Quinteros and her two grand children Isaac and Isaiah Amaya. She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband Pablo Quinteros, Sr. and her parents.
Gabriela was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Gabby dedicated her life to making sure that her children dreamed and achieved anything and everything they set their mind to. She made sure that all three of her children received post-secondary education to prepare them to be the professionals they are today. Our mom was very proud of her three children and her grandchildren were her world. She loved to spend time with her husband, kids and grandkids. Gabby loved to take yearly vacations to Ensenada and make memories with her family.
Our mother dedicated her life to giving back. Gabby worked for the State of Arizona for 29 years with Child Care Administration as a Certification Specialist. She was very passionate about making sure that all children had access to quality child care and early education. She was very knowledgeable and was always willing to help others in anyway possible. She volunteered on many different boards that ensured high quality and early education for children.
Our mother was a woman of great faith and always looked to GOD for everything. Gabby was very involved as a parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi Church. She was a catechist, lay ecclesiastical minister and also a sacristan.
We are thankful to GOD for the amazing mother he gave us. A woman who fought every obstacle that came her way. We hope to one day be half of the woman she was who touched many lives and made a difference. Your calling as a wife, mother, and grandmother was a job well done. We will miss you dearly mom. Watch over us and fly high with dad we know you will always be watching over us.
