Dora Marie Mendez, born on May 8, 1963, in Yuma, Arizona, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024, in Yuma, surrounded by her loving family.

Dora spent most of her life in Yuma, where she built a legacy of love and connection with those around her. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Tegan Ullery (Laura) and son Nicholas Ullery (Monica) and cherished her role as a grandmother to nine grandchildren. Dora's warmth and kindness touched the lives of countless friends and family members who will forever hold her memory close.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Mendez; her brother Ruben Mendez; and her sister Monica Soliz. Dora was preceded in death by her father, Joe Mendez; her brothers Raymond Mendez and Baby Joe Mendez; and her sister Ramona Mendez Gastelum.

Dora's life was a testament to the strength of family bonds and the joy found in shared moments. Her presence brought light to all who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love that will endure through the lives she touched.
