Obituary

Carletta Lynn Bitsoie was born August 22, 1972 in Provo, Utah.  She passed away February 21, 2021 in Yuma, Arizona.  Most of her life she grew up in Tuba City, Arizona on the Navajo reservation.  She spent her time on the reservation with her late Grandpa Henry, driving him places like California, Utah and his Ceremony meeting.

Carletta's first marriage is what brought her to Yuma, Arizona; where she raised her children, Sasha, Ephriam, Eva, Markus, and Vincent Jr. Her first job in Yuma was as a slot technician at Paradise Casino. Later on she moved up to being a blackjack dealer, and then transferred to the Q Casino Resort.

She started dating Bill Billingsley in November 2007 and they were married on August 10th, 2015. They spent everyday together going to coffee at Starbucks and play card games. Carletta made it a point to always get to know her baristas and anyone who were regulars at any Starbucks they went to because they would spend hours playing their card games. Carletta loved spending time in San Diego and her most favorite memorable times were with her grand babies, Kasey and Collins.

She was always outgoing and always put others needs before her own. She was not alone in her last few days with us. She spent her time with dear close friends, her husband, her eldest daughter Sasha and her grand babies.

Carletta is survived by her husband, Bill Billingsley, and four children, Sasha, Eva, Markus, and Vincent Jr.; two granddaughters, Kasey and Collins in Yuma, Arizona; mother Nancy Montoya in Tuba City; brother John Bahe; sister Charletta with her husband Pablo Vargas and their four children; and numerous family members in Northern Arizona and Utah. She loved her pets dearly, her current cats Rain, Stella, and Shadow; her dogs Abby and Moto, as well as her "grand-dog", Finley Enzo, from her eldest daughter. Her most loved pet was Rosemary because it was her late eldest son, Ephriam's cat.

She is now surrounded in heaven by her beloved son Ephriam, Grandpa Henry, Grandma Yellowman, nephew Castillo, and numerous family members, and all of the pets that she has loved that passed before her.
