Antonio
Roa Gomez
Jun 13, 1955 — Sep 19, 2026
San Luis
On June 13, 1955, Antonio was born in Las Estacas, Guanajuato, where he spent a happy childhood enveloped by the love of his parents, Alfredo Roa and Eduarda Gómez. He grew up very close to his older siblings - Pepe, Raquel, Consuelo, Lupe, Cruz, and Adela - for whom he always held deep affection and respect. Over time, Antonio built his own legacy of love: a small but deeply united family alongside his wife, Virginia Albarrán, and his beloved daughter Lupita Roa. He dedicated much of his life to agriculture, working in Arizona, the state he would ultimately call home.
Antonio expressed his affection in many ways - some days he was warmer, others more expressive; some days he gave endless affection, and at times he used few words, but above all, he loved with his soul and through his actions. Antonio possessed a noble and generous heart, and his strength inspired the security and resilience needed to face life. Always loyal to his people, the mere presence or the sound of his family's voices was enough to fill him with light.
“Dad, though heaven embraced you first, your love continues to light up my life. There are absences that hurt, but also loves that never leave. I miss you in silence, I remember you with love, and I carry you in my heart every single day. I know you are watching over me from heaven, and you will live forever in my soul.”
Rest in Peace.
